Four Rivers Tractor Club Official Raffle Rules

 

Location and Date

The drawing will be held in Washington Missouri during the afternoon of September 12, 2021.


Tickets and Proceeds

There will be no refunds. Tickets will be sold as 1 ticket for $10 or 3 tickets for $25. The winner does not need to be present at the time of the drawing. Tickets will be sold in person up until 10 minutes before the time of the raffle. Should the drawing be canceled for any reason two tickets will be drawn as soon as possible by the Four Rivers Tractor Club Executive Board with all board members present. Donations are accepted and will be placed directly into scholarships. All proceeds from ticket sales will be divided into scholarships and future restorations.

The Tractor Will Have no Warranty

The Farmall H will be the only prize of this raffle. Revealing to be done from a container that holds all entries and provides an equal opportunity for all participants. Two names will be drawn at the time of the drawing. The first winner drawn will have 30 days to claim the tractor. On day 31 the runner-up will be contacted and given 29 days including the day called to pick the tractor up. The winner is responsible for the shipping and transportation of the tractor. After 60 days from September 12th if the tractor has not been claimed it will be eligible for auction unless the Executive Board decides against it.
