Four Rivers Tractor Club Official Toy Tractor Raffle Rules

Location and Date

The drawing will be held in Washington, Missouri, on the afternoon of September 11, 2022

Tickets and Proceeds

There will be no refunds. Tickets will be sold as 1 ticket for $5 or 3 tickets for $10. The winners do not need to be present at the time of the drawing. Tickets will be sold in person up until 20 minutes before the time of the raffle. Should the drawing be canceled for any reason two tickets will be drawn as soon as possible by the Four Rivers Tractor Club Executive Board with all board members present. Donations are accepted and will be placed directly into scholarships. All proceeds from ticket sales will be divided into scholarships and future restorations.

Drawing and Winner

The Toy Tractors Will Have no Warranty

There will be three diecast farm toy tractors as the winnings for this raffle. Drawing of the tickets will be done from a container that holds all the entries, providing an equal opportunity for all participants. Four names will be drawn at the time of the winner’os drawing. The first name drawn will have the opportunity to chose one of the three toy tractors. The second name drawn will get the opportunity between the two remaining toy tractors. The third name will receive the final toy tractor. If for any reason the Four Rivers Tractor Club is unable to get in contact with any of the first three winners, after 30 days the fourth name drawn will be given the toy tractor that was not spoken for. All decisions of the Four Rivers Executive Board are final.
